We are excited to announce the publication of our first refereed journal article.

Written by Shuangyu Wei, Zhiwen Luo, Simon Lannon, Tania Sharmin, Joseph Smith, Hanbin Zhang, and Flora Samuel, the article explores “personal air pollution exposure assessment with schoolchildren in rural Wales”. It can be found in the Journal of Environmental Management, Volume 397.

Congratulations to our Community Mapper, Joe Smith, who is a named author in this paper.

An example of the backpack air monitors that the team have used is on display in The Design Museum’s Tools for Transition exhibition.
